Term 1

Finally, the end of the term.  FINALLLYYYYY!!!!!! WAHOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

What to talk about...so much has been going on.  IT class has been interesting...

Well let's start off with marks.  I've found out my marks for science, socials and bible and am pretty happy with them, though I now I could have done at least a little better.  As for IT, it is hard for me to judge because I don't know what Mr. Cheng has been looking for, even though he had just told us.

Our projects and assignments may be based on completion or on quality, either or, I have no idea what I am getting.  I did my best with my limited skills which are constantly expanding on my projects.  I always want a good result to come out but sometimes they don't look that great to me, let alone a teacher who is marking grade 12 projects at the same time.  I have put a lot of effort into the assignments given but I don't know if it is enough.  Especially since anything under 90% is a fail for me...

Class itself has been interesting... facebook, email, msn, google sketchup, 3d canvas, blogging, typeracer (I really over did that...almost 100 races in one term) and tutorials for microsoft.  Learning to use the different programs is interesting at times though I feel like I'm dragging my heels at something I already understand.  I even started a bear project in 3d canvas because I was bored.  I didn't finish it though because now I'm playing with photoshop xD.  It's also interesting to see people trying to get away playing on the computer, especially since Mr. Cheng is teaching...reflection XD

Rest of Term 1 has gone by slowly and painfully.  There is so much work, so much less sleep, disappointments, hurts!  Already in the first term...I wonder what the rest of this year will be like?  Like the days where I can't stop laughing all day and am sugar high?  OH BOY SUGAR!!!  I think I've gotten sugar high too many times this year.  Oh well.  It's fun.  There are also days where I feel depressed...those are no fun.  But I guess I will have to trust in God and see what happens.
